1) Maintain your weight with proper BMI (body mass index)
2) Eat fibrous food more
3) Regular ten minute walk day
4) Consume less alcohol
5) Use of milk, rice and calcium supplements are more useful
6) Get your body check up at every 6 months after age of 45
