Asthma Triggers

An asthma attack can occur when you exposed to things in the environment, such as dust mites, tobacco smoke, pets, pollution, mold etc.. These are called asthma triggers.Asthma attacks may include coughing, chest tightness, wheezing, and trouble breathing. About 80% of children and 50% of adults with asthma have allergies.
An allergy is the immune systems reaction to the harmless substance such as pollen,mold,animal skin&saliva etc.The immune system treats these substance as Allergens.

Common Allergens:

-Animal skin & saliva
-Dust mites
-Food and Drug allergis:90% of the food and drug allergic reactions are caused by Milk,Soy,Peanuts,fish etc.

Common Non-Allergens:

-Common cold,flu and other respiratory infections are common asthma triggers in adults and children.

The second most cause of asthma attack is "Second Hand Smoke" which contains more harmful substances such as carbon monoxide,tar,nicotine etc.

Mix 1 tsp honey with 1/2 tsp cinnamon and take it at night before going to bed.
